My research life
I have worked in the research industry for 20+ years. During this time I have worked across all corners of the research industry:
-
Agency side
-
Client side
-
Freelancing
-
Training/Lecturer
I have worked across multiple sectors in both a business; consumer and public sector context, managing both qualitative and quantitative research projects with stakeholders; consumers; service providers and employees.
I currently freelance for both research agencies, independent consultants and end-clients offering full project management or ad hoc services on a project-by-project basis. I slot in seamlessly to any project team and manage all aspects of the project life cycle, including:

-
Writing proposals
-
Drafting key field documents
-
Moderating across various qualitative forums
-
Managing and liaising with field departments
-
Conducting the analysis of both quantitative & qualitative outputs
-
Producing comprehensive reports

Life beyond research

I am a team player and a natural team leader. I captained my local women’s football team, currently play netball to a high standard in the North London League and the Maccabi League. I am UK Netball Level 2 qualified coach, and coach children and young people sharing my passion for team sport, and teaching them about the benefits on and off-court.

I am also Director of an organisation that works with schools, hospitals and charities to support an understanding and celebration of ‘difference’ among children and young people. Learn more about Treehouse at Number Nine at https://treehousegenies.com/
